Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using TokenShredder ("Service"), operated by Context ("Company", "we", "us"), a Delaware LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TokenShredder provides AI context compression and token optimization services via an edge-based proxy and MCP server integration. The Service compresses AI request payloads in-transit to reduce token consumption and associated LLM API costs.
3. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You must provide accurate registration information.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malware, attempt to reverse engineer the compression engine, or resell the Service without authorization.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly recurring basis via Stripe. Token usage over monthly plan limits is billed at published overage rates. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
6. Intellectual Property
Your code and context data remain 100% your property. TokenShredder claims zero ownership over user data. The TokenShredder brand, software, and underlying compression algorithms remain the exclusive property of Context.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Context shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
